Terekhov Deck

It almost always seems to boil down to a faulty set of stairs that was built long ago. That was the biggest problem here so it was decided the best course of action was to completely start over with a whole new project. 

With limited head clearance from the walk up basement, We were only able to go a few inches bigger than the deck that existed before ours. 

In any case, the residents can now step right out from the main floor onto their patio instead of having to go through the basement. It gives them much easier access to the backyard and a more convenient way to get outside and enjoy their outdoor activities!
